Welcome to KATRAN Maine Coon Cattery — a professional Maine Coon cattery located in Odesa, Ukraine, and registered with FIFe since 2018.

Our breeding program is dedicated exclusively to the Maine Coon — an extraordinary breed that combines an impressive appearance with intelligence, a wonderful temperament, and unique charisma.

Our goal is to raise healthy, beautiful, and well-socialized Maine Coon kittens with excellent temperaments and distinctive breed type.

KATRAN kittens grow up as part of our family, surrounded by care and human interaction from their first weeks of life and accustomed to everyday home life.

Over the years, KATRAN Maine Coons have participated in cat shows, earned championship titles, and — most importantly to us — become beloved members of families around the world.

For us, breeding Maine Coons is not about producing as many kittens as possible.

It is about carefully planned litters, responsible breeding, and the joy of watching each little kitten grow into a magnificent representative of the Maine Coon breed.

Every KATRAN kitten is special to us.

We carefully plan our litters and select breeding pairs with particular attention to health, pedigrees, temperament, and breed characteristics.

From their first weeks of life, our kittens interact with people every day and receive plenty of attention and care. It is important to us that when they leave our home, they are confident, affectionate, and well-socialized, ready to become part of their new families.

Before leaving KATRAN, our kittens receive appropriate veterinary care, vaccinations, and documentation according to their age and the requirements of their destination country.

Health Is One of Our Top Priorities

Responsible breeding begins with the health of the parents.

Our breeding cats undergo health screening and genetic testing for hereditary conditions relevant to the Maine Coon breed. Health information and genetic test results are available on the individual pages of our cats.

We believe that careful selection of breeding pairs, health screening, and responsible breeding practices are essential to raising healthy future generations of Maine Coons.

KATRAN is located in Odesa, Ukraine, but our Maine Coons live far beyond the borders of our country.

KATRAN graduates have found loving families in the USA, Canada, Europe, and Asia.

We have experience working with international families and understand that choosing a kitten from another country can raise many questions.

We are happy to guide future owners through every step of the process and provide information about the necessary documentation, kitten preparation, and international transportation options according to the requirements of the destination country.
