Welcome to our Maine-Coon Cattery “Katran” website

We, Elena and Pavel Bevziuk, are the owners of a small monobreed cattery KATRAN, which is located in the city of Odessa (Ukraine). The cattery was registered in the FIFe international felinological system in 2018 ("Lukomorye" club, Odessa).

For the first time we met the Maine-Coon breed at the exhibition, and in 2015 the first cat appeared in our family, which won our hearts not only with its beauty and size, but also with incredible intelligence. But we did not stop there, in 2017 we had a replenishment — the first pedigree male cat and two more female cats appeared.

Maine-Coon is not just a cat, it is practically a dog.

Our breeding cats live with us as family members. From birth, kittens are surrounded by love and care. By the time they leave the cattery, the kittens are fully socialized and they have no problems adapting to the new family.

Kittens move to new homes after 3.5 months with a full package of documents (pedigree, veterinary passport with vaccination marks, microchip, contract). If pets, they will be neutered / sterilized before moving.

The purpose of the breeding program of the cattery is to improve the breed that meets modern trends while maintaining the existing standard, animals with good health, balanced temperament and excellent character.

Our kittens live in many cities of Ukraine, the USA, the Canada, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Hong Kong.

Multisystem exhibition Pro Plan Grand Prix 2019

Pro Plan GRAND PRIX 2019 — the largest cat show in Ukraine! Three felinological systems (FIFe, WCF, RUI).
Sea of positive impressions !!!
Two days of the grand show Pro Plan Grand Prix 2019 flew by quickly. The largest exhibition in Ukraine — more than 1200 cats of various breeds gathered "under one roof" in Kiev this weekend. Our results are SUPER: both days of the Best nomination and both days Benedict — Best in Show Adult — the best adult maine coon in the competition (1/6). He closed the title of FIFe Interchampion!

International Cat Show WCF License #194132

Exhibition of the club "Legend" "Cat Goddess of Victory — Nica-Cat". Here, Diamond Blue, a young cat of the cattery, closed the WCF title. And I managed to take a picture of how a portrait was almost painted from my boys :))

XI_XII International Cat Show

I hasten to share the results of our Benedict at the International Exhibition FIFe, which was held in Vinnitsa: 2 Ex1 ratings, on the second day — the best in color (BIV), both days were nominated for Best (nom Bis) and both days Benedict won Best in Show (the best adult maine coon of the exhibition). Tired, but happy!, we safely returned home.
